Delft University of Technology

And we're off! Installation of the exhibition at the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment at the Delft University of Technology. The exhibition is part of the NALACS-conference 'Cities and Citizenship in Latin America and the Caribbean' that will take place on 16-17th of June. On 16 June at 17:30 the exhibition will be inaugurated with a guided tour. The exhibition is open to the public until the end of June.

Drawing on Violence - comics from Argentina

In Argentina comics are increasingly being used in human rights campaigns. Throughout 2016, with the support of the UVA and the CEDLA, we have translated some of these comics into English and will be exposing them on different locations. This blog provides information on the content of the exhibition, on where and when it can be seen, and additional facts and links that might be relevant for anyone interested in knowing more about these comics.

Credits

This blog informs about two comic projects: Historietas por la Identidad and Trigger Happy. The first project was an initiative of the Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo, with the support of over 40 comic artists and writers. The second one was developed by Daniela Drucaroff, together with several of the comic artists and writers who also contributed previously to Historietas por la Identidad.
