Darían Barzabal was 17 years old when he was executed by a police officer from the province of Buenos Aires. He was found beaten, handcuffed and defenceless in a police car. The police tried to justify his death by falsfying testimonies and assembling a criminal scene by planting an arm at his feet.

Paula Petrín (1970) is a visual
artist and professor of sculpture and engraving. She has exposed her work in
various well-known museums and cultural centers in Argentina and participated
in many interdisciplinary projects, including the series ‘Historietas por la
Identidad.’ Her work is characterized by a conceptual approach and a strong
commitment to social issues, particularly women’s rights.
